Exchanges & Returns Policy
Before access (i.e., class materials or course access) is granted, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once access has been granted, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the digital nature of the offering.

Please contact us promptly via email or phone. We will work with you to resolve the issue—whether by providing access again or offering a refund, as appropriate, at our expense.
Delivery Times
For digital services (online courses), access will be granted within 1 business day of cleared payment.
